Billing & Renewal Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at checkout (weekly, monthly, etc.). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle until you cancel.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date. To cancel, log into your account or contact us at enchantedgrounds.store.

Changes to Your Subscription We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or product contents. You will be notified in advance of any material changes before they take effect.

Refunds Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has processed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
