Who roasts Enchanted Grounds coffee?
Our coffee is roasted through trusted partners, including Temecula Coffee Roasters and Old Chicago Coffee Co. Each partner brings its own roasting experience and flavor perspective, while Enchanted Grounds brings the final collection together for you. The roasting partner may vary by product, so the product page is the best place to see the details for your coffee.
How fresh is the coffee?
Freshness is one of our favorite things to share. Our roasting partners focus on fresh-roasted coffee and frequent or small-batch production. For our freshly roasted coffees, roasting is typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving the order, and the coffee is shipped immediately afterward. That means the beans are generally only a few days old when they arrive, depending on transit time.
Where do the coffee origins come from?
Our coffee can take you to growing regions around the world, including parts of Africa, Central America, South America, and Indonesia. Single-origin coffees highlight a particular origin when that information is available. Blends bring several origins together to create a balanced, dependable flavor profile, and their components may change as new harvests arrive.

Can I explore the farms and origins behind the coffee?
Yes. Our origin map is designed to help you discover the regions connected to our coffee collection. Some coffees also include farm, lot, or origin notes, while the amount of detail varies by product and harvest. We share the information available for each coffee and update product details as sourcing information changes.
Do you offer Fair Trade coffee?
We’re proud to offer Fair Trade options when they are available and confirmed for a specific product. A Fair Trade marker on the coffee map means that certified products may be available from that origin through a roasting partner. It does not mean that every coffee or farm from that region is certified. Look for the Fair Trade note on the individual product page for the most current information.
Why can the origins in a blend change?
Great blends are built around the cup, not just a fixed list of countries. Our roasting partners may adjust blend components as new harvests arrive so the coffee can continue delivering the flavor profile customers love. That means the exact origins may vary while the character of the blend remains thoughtfully consistent.
Will my bag show an exact roast date?
Our coffee is roasted within 24–48 hours of the order being received and shipped immediately afterward, but an exact roast date may not be printed on every bag. The product page and fulfillment details are the best guide for the most current information about a specific coffee.
How do I choose the right coffee for me?
Follow your flavor instincts. Light roasts often highlight bright, delicate, and origin-driven notes. Medium roasts tend to offer balance and versatility, while dark roasts bring a fuller, bolder cup. How should I store my coffee?
Keep your coffee in an airtight container away from heat, light, moisture, and strong odors. For the best everyday flavor, buy an amount you can enjoy while it is at its freshest and follow any storage guidance included with the product.
