Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items For the health, safety, and integrity of our community, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used candles, incense, or aromatherapy products
- Crystals, stones, or jewelry that show signs of use or wear
- Digital downloads or digital products
- Tarot readings, spiritual consultations, or any services rendered — all sales are final
How to Initiate a Return To begin a return, please contact us at enchantedgroundsstore@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
