Processing & Delivery Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14–30 business days after shipment, depending on destination country and customs processing times.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where We Ship We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically or via discount code.

International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Enchanted Grounds is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at enchantedgroundsstore@outlook.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Enchanted Grounds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
