SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Overview By purchasing a subscription product from Enchanted Grounds, you agree to the following terms governing recurring orders and billing.

Billing & Renewal Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or as specified at checkout). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive an email notification before each renewal.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by contacting us at [your email]. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Modifications You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription (frequency, quantity) through your account portal or by contacting us. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order.

Refunds Subscription orders that have already been processed and fulfilled are subject to our standard Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been billed unless the order has not yet shipped.

Pricing Subscription pricing is locked in at the rate active at the time of sign-up. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
